Night Terrors. Taking you back to when you were a little boy or little girl, some of you still experience these things in your dreams, calling them nightmares.
So what I am about to tell you is not in the Bible and it comes from revelation. If that is hard for you no need to read this. It is not contrary to anything in the Bible.
As a little boy or girl we are very sensitive to the spiritual realm, no one told us we can’t access it or its not real. Our child like faith is very intact and powerful. We haven’t learned sophisticated unbelief yet. So here is what is going on, you experience things like your stuffed animals being animated, things under your bed, outside your window, in the closet, in your home and so forth. Your heart races and you know terror because you are encountering a spirit being, (Spirit of Night Terrors) which is a demonic spirit.
You will tell your parents about it and then they look under the bed, in the closet with you and so forth and they tell you its just your imagination. So you convince yourself as a little boy or girl because by logic you know nothing is there because your parents didn’t see anything and as a little boy or girl you of course believe your parents. Imagination is one of the gates by which we encounter the realm of the spirit. (Very biblical).
Your parents have forgotten that they experienced the same thing when they were little. Their parents told them the same thing they told you. The strategy behind the spirit of night terrors is two fold, First, As sons and daughters of God they don’t want you to have access to your inheritance you are primarily a spiritual being. The last thing they want is you coming into this realm where true authority works to make changes on the earth. So they make you afraid to access this realm and have you renounce or cut off ties to this dimension by having you proclaim its not real so you come under a vow of your own choosing and don’t access this realm because of fear and you don’t want to relive those terrors. This is why so many believers are terrified of supernatural things, there filled with terror. Second purpose of this strategy is they don’t want you on what they think is their turf and they don’t want you getting dreams and visions from God nor do they want you to see with the eyes of your spirit man so they get you to shut your eyes when you are a little boy or girl. All of you remember shutting your eyes tight, this is the event where the eyes of your spirit were shut.
Many of you want to see more, hear more, experience more in the realm of the spirit because our Father is Spirit and you are made in His image, it is natural that you would desire more of Him in this way. The reason so many of you can’t see or hear more is because this attack on you when you were little is still held in place and that ground needs to be taken by you with Jesus for you to experience freedom in this area.
There is a protocol to take this ground back and it’s very wonderful and empowering to you as a believer. Once you do this, you will be amazed at how your life changes in intimacy with God; your ability to hear from Him, discern what is of Him and what’s not.
Protocol for Taking Dominion of this spirit of Night Terror
Since you have gotten this far you are ready to take ground back that this spirit took from you when you were little and still affects you today. You are not given to a spirit of timidity or fear. His perfect love for you destroys every spirit of fear and greater is the life of God in you than all the host of hell. Rejoice that your name is written in the lamb’s book of life. Demons must submit to you and you can cast them out. (All of this is taken right out of the written word, Bible)
This particular spirit of night terror operates in what scripture calls a dominion. I believe that they have executed this strategy on every single man woman and child for an epoch. Dominion spirits operate from a high ground to lock in a structure or power over your life to keep you in bondage or a prisoner in their dominion.
This spirit of night terror creates a dominion over our lives in the area of the supernatural. The fear or terror that it invokes in us when we are little children causes us to cooperate with this spirit in its dominion that as long as it doesn’t bring terror to us we will stay out of the realm of the supernatural and not enter that domain. We agree as little children and continue to agree as adults with this spirit that it has authority over us in this domain. We learn to shut our eyes and ignore the realm of the spirit that we have access to through Christ. We make the trade with this spirit in their domain that as long as they don’t bring terrors we will not enter this domain and we agree to not engage the Lord in this manner through our spirit. The word tells us that we are to worship Him in truth and spirit. This domain when you are under it will rob you of intimacy with God.
This is where we have success all the time not some of the time but every time. First invite the Holy Spirit to help you through this process. Invite your angels to come into this domain with you. Jesus is always with you and He will never leave you or forsake you. I would encourage you to turn every light in your house off and do this in the dark because it brings intimidation to the one who has intimated you; we get to reverse the tables as it were. Some of you will see Jesus, your angels, experience the peace of the presence of God. Expect the spirit of night terror to appear and try and intimidate you, they will try and reconnect you to the terror you once felt and cause your heart to race. Understand that they are completely defeated and can only frighten you as you allow. Now speak the name of Jesus into every realm seen and unseen at which their kind shudder, now call for the Lord as the Lion and feel his roar go through you and into the spirit realm. From the higher ground that you have with God take back by force that which He has given to you.
If you want someone with you that is fine but best to do this alone because you were attacked when you were alone. Speak out loud, “In Jesus name, as His Son or Daughter I break every agreement I ever had with the spirit of night terror. I choose to open my eyes at every age from the beginning of my first breath to my last breath on the earth and it’s my inheritance to walk in the spirit. I am seated with Christ high above every dominion and authority, Jesus has all authority and as given me authority to tread on snakes and tear down strongholds and dominions. From my higher ground in Christ above this dominion of night terror I come boldly with Jesus, myself and a host of angels and I walk through the realm of the spirit at every age, I call all my little children to bear witness and travel with me as we walk through every room in the house at every moment of time and space and we kick out every spirit of night terror in our homes, under our beds, wherever we find them and we enter this realm and take by force that which God has given to us. We reconnect our eyes of faith without fear because we are made of spirit and are to know this realm. In Christ, I displace the darkness and cause terror to fall on every spirit of night terror that I am connected to. I chase you out of every room; closet and hiding place and cause you to come into the light of Gods power who is for me so it has no meaning that you are against me for none of your weapons formed against me shall prosper. Now by force I take dominion over you and this place and strip you of your rank and any authority you had here, I now have all authority in this realm that God has given to me and I give you nothing. I bring a box with a void in it and I fill you with the terror of the Lord and command you into this box and I put a lid on the box and forbid you from ever returning to this domain that God has given to me. I send this box to the feet of Jesus and Jesus do what you will with this box. Ask Jesus to show you what He is doing with the box”.
Now set up your boundary stones in this place. Set your four stones to mark this territory, place them so that the boundary is drawn and you can see it clearly. Have your angels put them in place; you will see this or experience this. Say in Jesus name I occupy this place and I put lamp stands of God’s presence and fill these lamps with the oil or His joy for me as He is a lamp unto my feet in every realm. Now connect yourself to His realm in the spirit and open your gates to receive visions and dreams from Him and to have your eyes opened to see Him as He is and enjoy Him.
Now ask the Father to redeem all your time lost and you want everything back with interest that He meant for you to have.
